Whatever Comes (Alex Thompson)

Combining fragments of several cities in Poland, this piece centres on the Garrison Basilica, imagining an alternate arrangement of structures framed by the internal concrete arches of the Wrocław Market Hall. The work incorporates etching, aquatint, and spit bite. Hand-printed from a copper plate with oil-based etching ink, printed on Hahnemuhle Copperplate rag paper. Edition of 5.
