Truck 1 (Alex Thompson)

A small aluminum plate etching depicting a dump truck. The textural effects possible through aluminum etching are evident, with the texture of the etched metal prominent in the areas of tone. Created as part of Thompson's Carbon Generations project while in Poland, the print explores the universality of construction equipment and its ubiquity in children's media. Part of an edition of 10.
