The Laughter of Hearbeats (Celeste Kim)

The Laughter of Heartbeats is a portrait of the soul. A single flower at the center, meeting the viewer’s gaze with quiet confidence. In my practice, flowers symbolize the human spirit—vibrant, vulnerable, and fleeting. Through layered acrylic and mixed media, I create texture and movement that pulse with breath and rhythm. The surrounding wind represents the forces that shape us: pain and joy, loss and renewal. Like a heartbeat, life holds both fragility and strength, yet continues forward.
