“What I would like to achieve in my work is about what I feel when I do my art. It is a feeling that is raw, moving, powerful, and deeply resonant with my creative soul. A feeling of oneness, alive and free. Here in my Life's Portrait Series, I tried to express this feeling by painting over human faces or portraits with my abstract style and elements of using painter's knife and raw brushstrokes. This is my way of celebrating one's existence and authenticity in a world of order and chaos.
