Summer Sweet (Alisa Blake)

Inspired by the abundance and sweetness of summer, Summer Sweet celebrates the joy found in the gifts of the land. Hand-beaded on white deer hide using Charlotte cut beads, the design captures the vibrant color and playfulness of ripened fruit at harvest time. Each bead is individually sewn by hand, reflecting the patience, skill, and artistry at the heart of Indigenous beadwork traditions.
