Student booths are only offered to student applicants (enrolled full-time at a recognized post secondary institution). Students are placed in the centre of Zone A, surrounding the plaza (blue squares with white dots).

This fee includes your Booth footprint + online profile at TOAF.ca. Booth Fees do not include a tent rental. A tent & equipment rental link will be emailed to you in April, along with your booth number.
- Student booth locations are predetermined based on our site capacity in Zone A. First-come, first-served does not apply.
- Listing of 10 artworks for sale/view on TOAF.ca during the Online Fair beginning July 10, 2026

This fee is non-refundable after May 31, 2026. Refunds prior to May 31st are subject to a $50 administration fee.
*Up to 15% administrative commission applies for artwork sold online. HST, if applicable, must be included in the price of the artwork. Review the Online Fair Terms, Reproduction Policy and Liability and Abandonment Agreement for full details.
