Protea Mug (Beyond Pottery Inc Multidisciplinary Art Studio)

Crafted by Yvette Garcia-Mier, this mug features a textured surface created using a hand-carved stamp of South Africa’s iconic Protea flower. Made from recycled stoneware clay, it’s finished with a satin white glaze on the inside and a copper carbonate wash on the outside which pools in the textures, creating rich tonal variations of green and earthy hues that shift with the light.
