Modern Man Does Research (ronald simmer)

Modern Man is a commentary on today’s society of highly skilled but semi literate citizens distracted by social media. Meanwhile our world is gripped by a slow-moving environmental disaster that is widely ignored. Ezra Larsen fabricated this sculpture for me of a prison inmate smoking weed while surfing the net. Surveys indicate the bathroom is a favourite room for scrolling on a phone.
