"Essequibo" was created with magical, atypical colours and embeds metaphysical explorations of ancestral history, identity, and temporality via its sublime images of plants’ root systems and waters’ reflections. It was created to prompt its viewers to respect the environment and each other as this would make our planet a better and safer place.
