Delfina in her Teacup Garden (Saskia Wassing)

This playful composition’s centre is of a matryoshka inspired lady watering her teacup garden, her little birdie friends coming to visit. She is framed within a Delft inspired decorative border of flowers and her own little story. White linen is embroidered freely with blue threads using a basic domestic sewing machine as my drawing tool. Framed, ready to hang
