Mini booth packages include the 5 x 10 foot booth space, tent rental, weights, and grid walls.

- Hanging mechanism/grid walls for 3 walls included
- Location is predetermined and indicated in the Map (Zone E, near the stage)
- Listing of 10 artworks for sale/view on TOAF.ca during the Online Fair beginning on July 10, 2026
- This fee is non-refundable after May 31, 2026. Refunds prior to May 31st are subject to a $50 administration fee.
If you need additional equipment, it will need to be rented separately from our Tent & Equipment Rental Supplier (more info to come).
*Up to 15% administrative commission applies for artwork sold at the online Fair. HST, if applicable, must be included in the price of the artwork. Review the Online Fair terms and conditions and Liability and Abandonment Agreement for full details.
Please note: this year, there are no booths on the lawn area. All mini booths are in Zone E, near the stage.
