Beaded Flower (Nichol Marsch)

This work is from my newest body of work 'Moonlight/klayr di leun' which explores memories, my body, and the environments I have encountered over the past two years. During this project I've created stencils/tracings of my body and found items (leave, rocks, etc) which I have used to produce various designs for beadwork and paintings. This is a 5x4.25 inch beaded and tufted flower on dark mustard felt. This piece included a decorative red oak (1/4", raw) frame to slide the work into.
