Along the Lynn Lines (Samira Sukhatme)

This painting is a reimagined landscape brought to life through an intuitive, layered process. Using acrylics, pastels, and thread, I build texture and depth gradually—allowing each layer to respond to the last. What begins as a feeling or memory evolves into a richly tactile surface, inviting viewers to pause, look closely, and connect with the landscape in a new, abstract way.
