This fee includes your online profile + in-person footprint + tent rental. This fee is non-refundable.

  • A dedicated 10’x20’ booth space at Nathan Phillips Square
  • Equipment Rental for 3 days (One 10'x20' Tent, weights, walls, three chairs, two 6’ tables and three 2’x8’ hanging grids)
  • Listing of 25 artworks for sale/view on TOAF.ca platform during the Online Fair starting July 10, 2026
  • Location highlighted in on-site program

Additional Rental Equipment (booth fencing for heavier works, grid walls for lighter works, tables, chairs) will be available for you to rent a la carte for an additional cost. More info to come later this month.

*Up to 15% administrative commission applies for artwork sold at the online Fair. HST, if applicable, must be included in the price of the artwork. Review the Online Fair terms and conditions and Liability and Abandonment Agreement for full details. By submitting the booth fee you agree to the above terms as well as those in the Reproduction Policy.

All Online artwork sales revenue will be paid out to the main contact provided in your application via Plooto e-transfer.
